1 Head Romaine, chopped
2 Tomatoes, diced
2 Green Onions, diced
1 (16oz) can pitted olives, drained
3 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 C corn chips, crushed
1 avocado, peeled with seed removed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 Cup Mayo
1 TBSP lemon juice
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bowl for mixing salad
Small bowl for dressing
Blend all the dressing ingredients together until smooth.
