We learned about this trick while in Argentina. With an Asado in almost every home, the Argentinians taught us an easy and delicious way to grill eggs.

Ingredients
1 green pepper
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste

Tools
Fire or Grill
Kitchen Knife

Instructions

1) Wash pepper, cut off top, and remove all insides. We found peppers with flat bottoms work the best. So try and find these at the market

2) Crack egg into pepper and place on the warm side of the grill or fire. Salt and pepper to taste.
